All purchases of a new CERO One bicycle (and any accessories included on the same order) ship anywhere in the continental United States for free!
The bike arrives 95% assembled and we provide a set of tools (everything but a Phillips head screwdriver) and detailed assembly instructions so that you can set up the bike yourself. You can also follow along with this assembly video.
We recommend contacting a local bike shop if you are unsure or uncomfortable assembling the bike on your own.
A hassle-free 15 day return policy and our 2-year warranty begin when the bike is delivered.

Buy your CERO One online and choose "L.A. Pickup" and we will assemble the bike and fit it to you for free. Pick up your bike as soon as the next day!
You can also stop by our Los Angeles location to see or purchase the bike and any accessories in person.
Test rides are also available at our Los Angeles location.
Your 2-year warranty is activated when you pick up the bike.

Book an appointment with Velofix and their certified technicians will come to your home to set up and adjust your new bike.
